Involving young people in your work is an excellent way to liven up an organisation whether you want to appeal to a different audience, come up with a new fundraising strategy or diversify your volunteer base to appeal to more clients.

Lots of organisations across Swansea are already tapping into the potential of young people, and have engaged them in a wide range of volunteering opportunities for the benefit of the wider community.

Many policies, programmes and courses are calling for young people to get active in their communities, leading to an increase in the numbers of young people looking for opportunities that are right for them.
