On the 25^th November Steve Walker, Head of Child and Family Services wrote to key partners and stakeholders to inform them that the authority would be undertaking a formal 90 day consultation between 1^st December 2009 and 1^st of March 2010 on proposals to close Ty Gwaun and Ty Cwm.
