Collaborative Communities is supported through the ERDF Convergence Programme and is to be delivered within the areas of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea by the established Collaborative Communities partnership made up of the four local authorities and county voluntary councils.

The project aims to strengthen the region's third sector, by providing support for existing, third sector organisations and emerging and potential social/community enterprises the required support to enable them to develop and meet market opportunities locally, regionally and nationally.

As part of this collaborative project Swansea Council for Voluntary Service are seeking committed, motivated individuals to work with 3^rd Sector social economy organisations within our local area, offering a holistic service designed to better aid them with ongoing sustainability of their organisations.
