The City and County of Swansea (CCS) will soon begin work on the St Helen's Water Sports Development – one of a number of facilities designed to raise the profile of Swansea Bay as a water sport and activity centre of excellence.
Once the building works are finished CCS will procure the management of the facility through a formal tendered procurement route.
There is potential for the St Helen's Water Sports Development to be run as a social enterprise by a local third sector organisation.
CCS have created a list of interested stakeholders, and will be updating the organisations on the list at stakeholder events.
