Swansea People First Peer Health Advocacy Project, an organisation of and for People with Learning Disabilities, are holding their 7th Annual Health Fair – 'Hearts and Minds' at the Liberty Stadium, Swansea, on Friday 17th June 2011, from 10.30am-3.30pm.
A fun-packed day with stands and speakers, demonstrations and displays on all aspects of Health and Wellbeing for adults with learning disabilities and their carers.
