Compact with City and County of Swansea

The purpose behind the Compact was to formalise the relationship between both sectors and promote strategic working, which will be of benefit to both sectors and ultimately the citizens of Swansea.

The aims and objectives behind this arrangement include:

• developing a framework for shared working and partnership agreements
• promoting a mutual understanding between both sectors of relevant issues and working practices
• developing consistent good practice in funding arrangements to the voluntary sector
• exchange of relevant information.
