Disability Initiative The Disability Initiative works with individuals with physical and sensory disabilities, carers of disabled people and disability groups across Swansea.
Role:
Provides support, information and signposting
Facilitiates and provides support to the Disability Forum
Provides support and advice to ensure the involvement of individuals and groups in the planning of Social & Health Care services
Assists individuals and groups to have their say on Social & Health Care Services
Assists individuals and groups to raise disability issues
Promotes consultation and participation.
