February 2012 - New film to promote Swansea Youth Bank

SYB Film pic Jan 2012Swansea Youth Bank in conjunction with Spill Media have produced a film to promote the work of the youth-led grant making project. The film was developed and supported by staff from Spill Media during October 2011. Seven of the young people that are currently involved with Swansea Youth Bank designed and produced the film, some of whom chose to take on tasks behind the scenes rather than in front of the camera.

To view the film, visit: http://swanseatelly.org/video/309/what-is-swansea-youth-bank

The film was produced to promote the funding available to youth led groups for the financial year 2011/12. The funding for this year has been allocated but we have heard that there will be funds available from GwirVol for the next financial year 2012/13.

Details on how to apply and forms will be available from April on the SCVS website.
