This is an online workshop looking at having difficult conversations and dealing with conflict.

Please note – these are interactive sessions, with time for questions and discussion rather than large scale ‘lecture’ type courses. As such, places on each session are limited to 3 people from each organisation in line with SCVS in house training sessions

This workshop can be taken individually for a fee of £10.  It is also part of an accredited Community Development Award unit -- if taken as such, the fee is £20

    Meet your trainer – Eileen Murphy

    Eileen Murphy pic for SCVS TrainingEileen is a trainer, coach and consultant with a track record of over 20 years working with the Third Sector in Wales. She designs and delivers bespoke online and face to face programmes for charities and community organisations of all sizes. Her training specialisms include leadership development, volunteer management, governance, project management, strategic planning and evaluation. She has been delivering evaluation training for BBC Children in Need for over 15 years and is a long standing consultant with Lloyds Bank Foundation as part of their Enhance Programme, providing consultancy support for  small but vital charities in Wales.

    Eileen is committed to working with the Third Sector to build confidence and capacity to provide the best services to clients, to build high performing teams and to lead change. 

    She is dedicated to providing high quality, accessible training in partnership with organisations like SCVS. Eileen’s style is participative and engages learners in a way which enables them to enhance their knowledge, skills and confidence and to apply and sustain their learning in the work place.
