By attending the programme participants will:

  • Experience a supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Have the opportunity to network and learn from peers.
  • Learn about good practice in leadership and management.
  • Have the opportunity to have your learning recognised through ILM membership and certification by completing the training programme and two assignments.

Participants attending the programme will be supported by a Toolkit. The Toolkit will include handouts and exercises for the 3 day training event.
