Mindful Self Compassion This 10-week course has been designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion and is for anyone who has already completed an 8 week Mindfulness course. 10 Weeks - Wednesday 13th December, then Wednesdays from 24th January 2018, 9.30 - 12.30pm (including 1 x 5 hour retreat session). Many of us – especially those who are caring for others – find that being kind to ourselves can be a challenge! Our focus in this new course will be on directly experiencing self-compassion, learning practices that evoke self-compassion in daily life, and building our emotional resources. If you are interested in deepening your mindfulness practice and continuing to develop kindness and compassion in your life, then this is the course for you!
