A   training   pack   has   been   developed   to   assist   volunteer   involving organisations with their induction of volunteers. The modules can be used to assist an organisations current induction training as individual units or can be delivered as a suite of training.

The pack consists of 5 modules, including topics such as ground rules and boundaries while volunteering, communication skills, confidentiality, safeguarding, personal safety, what is   volunteering?, the   role   of   the   volunteer   and   dealing   with   difficult situations.

The online presentation and facilitation skills workshop will compliment the training pack, which will be available very soon.
