Local Authorities with Health Board's are required to establish social value forums, the aim being to connect together the range of commissioned and non-commissioned preventative and caring-based services that happens in communities or other settings.

The Western Bay delivery models include social value activity from within the public, private and third sectors (including social enterprises, co-operative organisations and arrangements, and user-led services).

The SVF will enable members to raise awareness of the added value and impact their organisations have in supporting and fulfilling some of the aspirations and actions within the regional wellbeing plans.
