Cwmtawe Children and Young Peoples Counselling Grants Programme The Cluster Network Grant Scheme is a local grant fund that targets groups which provide, or intend to provide, services which improve the health and wellbeing of the local population in Cwmtawe. Cwmtawe Cluster is working to improve the Mental Health and Emotional Well-being of young people facing challenges. The network would like to invite applications from voluntary, community and social-orientated organisations (including social enterprises) to deliver counselling services to Children and Young People (aged 14-21 years old) referred for support in the Cwmtawe Network area. The counselling service will need to take place within GP Practices within the Cwmtawe Network area. The network has an allocation of £30,000 which it will offer via a grant round. It is anticipated that the total pot shall be allocated via one open grant round to one or more organisations. Projects will need to commence from April 2018. The deadline for completed applications is Monday 5th March 2018, 12Noon. For further information and details of how to apply, please click here.
