West Glamorgan Regional Partnership logoThe West Glamorgan Regional Partnership is setting up a Carers Liaison Forum to bring carers and people from organisations who provide support to carers together to help shape services collaboratively that meet their needs.

They are holding a series of workshop events to:

Understand and establish the values of the Carers Liaison Forum

Create a vision for the Forum

Agree what participants want the Forum to do (aims)

The West Glamorgan Partnership want to involve lots of different types of carers, and also welcome staff working in different organisations like the health board, voluntary sector and the local councils.

Carers time is precious, so rather than one workshop there are several looking at each area individually. Attendees can choose a day or an evening session, with sessions taking place between 21st January and 4th February.

Places are limited and you advised to book early - you will need to register for 3 events: Values, Vision and Aims.

To book, please click here to visit the Eventbrite page

(Alternatively, email [email protected])

Once you have registered a link to the event will be sent to you a week before the workshops.

The workshops will be facilitated by Dynamix, a local social enterprise and we will also have a graphic artist, Laura Sorvala who will bring all your ideas together into a visual overview of our Values, Vision and Aims.
