Violence Prevention Young Persons Worker

Barod is looking to recruit a Violence Prevention Young Persons Worker, who will provide an open access/outreach service, supplying crisis intervention and information regarding substance use and associated lifestyle behaviours that increase the risks of offending and knife crime and minimises the potential risks and impacts of drug related crime and disorder on the wider community of Swansea for young people up to the age of 25.

Finance and Payroll Assistant - Swansea

  • Location: Swansea. Flexibility to attend all operational sites and partner agency offices is essential,.

They are looking to recruit a Finance and Payroll Assistant to work within their Central Services Team. The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Payroll processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices & paying suppliers promptly
  • Verify purchases against the Organisation’s purchase ordering system
  • Raising sales ledger invoices and recording receipts onto QuickBooks
  • Ensure debtors are settling their invoices within terms of contract
  • Petty Cash monitoring and processing Float top-ups as required
