Rate of Pay: £15 per hour

Hours: 5 hours a week to include some weekend and early evening sessions

Contract: June 2024 - Feb 2025 (with possibility of contract extension, subject to funding)

Cae Tan CSA are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to manage and deliver their successful “Grow From Home” Project in Clase, Swansea. 

The Grow From Home Project is now in its fourth year. It supports ten families to grow produce in their own gardens by building raised beds and teaching them all the skills necessary to feed themselves and their families. In addition to the general educational aims they want to support families to reduce food poverty, build food resilience and enhance their local environment.

The project manager will be responsible for working directly with families, in their gardens, creating food growing spaces. teaching basic growing skills and building confidence. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about community-based growing projects, has excellent communication skills, experience of food growing and a positive attitude.
