Development Project Officer

Salary : £40,000 per annum (including current Market Supplement of £5,415)

Hours: 35

Location : Swansea

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a positive and proactive individual to join Caredig's dynamic Development team in Swansea as a Development Project Officer

With your customer focused approach, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of the Association’s development programme by providing a project management approach.  Developing innovative approaches to development, including Modern 
Methods of Construction (MMC) will also be an important element of the role.

Project management and development experience is essential for this role, with organisation and prioritisation being key attributes to success, coupled with tenacity and a track record of ensuring successful project delivery both within budget and timeframe.

You will have the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders, both internally and externally (including local authority planners/housing departments, developers, agents and contractors). Experience of preparing and submitting grant applications, knowledge of the planning submission and property acquisition processes is desirable.
