CARP Collaborations logoC.A.R.P Collaborations are a thriving social enterprise founded in 2013 that is a values-led organisation, undertaking innovative qualitative research and evaluation work to further social inclusion in Wales. 

Since incorporation, they have delivered 40 research and evaluation projects across Wales, commissioned by organisations as varied as the Welsh Government, Health Boards and statutory and voluntary sector organisations.  

They are at the next stage of their development and we are looking for dynamic, creative and committed people who can support and work with them on this exciting new journey!

They are looking to recruit into the following positions:

1x Evaluation & Outcomes Researcher

Hours: Part-time – between 15 and 20 hrs/week

Salary: £24k-£28k pro rata (actual 15 hours a week @£24k = £10,285.71, @£28k = £12,000 / 20 hours a week @£24k = £13,714.29, @£28k = £16,000)

1x Business Support Coordinator

Hours: Part-time – 15 hrs/week

Salary: £20-£22k pro rata (actual salary between £8,571.43 and £9,428.57)

Both posts can be worked flexibly (whilst also fitting business needs) and they will consider a home/office base/a combination for the right candidate.

There is a need for some face to face work and to attend team meetings.
