Change Fund Small Grants Change Fund Small Grants is now open for 2017-18. Change Fund Small Grants will provide grants of up to £1,000 to support the work of voluntary and community groups in Swansea, strengthening their ability to contribute to the delivery of the City and County of Swansea Corporate Plan Priorities: Safeguarding Vulnerable People Improving Pupil Attainment A Vibrant and Viable City & Economy Tackling Poverty Building Sustainable Communities The fund will provide an accessible and flexible source of funding in particular to small voluntary & community groups who may not be at the stage of making larger applications. Change Fund Small Grants are available for properly constituted voluntary and community groups for activities, facilities and services for the benefit of people living in the City and County of Swansea. Applications can be for both revenue and capital costs. We particularly welcome applications for capital costs where they help to increase the sustainability of an organisation. Applications can be submitted at any time up to 30th November 2017. There may be an additional round in Spring 2018 but this has not yet been confirmed.
