Change Fund Small Grants Change Fund Small Grants is open until March 2019. Change Fund Small Grants will provide grants of up to £1,000 to support the work of voluntary and community groups in Swansea, strengthening their ability to contribute to the delivery of the City and County of Swansea Corporate Plan Priorities: Safeguarding people from harm – so that our citizens are free from harm and exploitation. Improving Education & Skills – so that every child and young person in Swansea gains the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in life. Transforming our Economy & Infrastructure – so that Swansea has a thriving mixed use City Centre and a local economy that will support the prosperity of our citizens. Tackling Poverty – so that every person in Swansea can achieve his or her potential. Transformation & Future Council development – so that we and the services that we provide are sustainable and fit for the future. The fund will provide an accessible and flexible source of funding in particular to small voluntary & community groups who may not be at the stage of making larger applications. Change Fund Small Grants are available for properly constituted voluntary and community groups for activities, facilities and services for the benefit of people living in the City and County of Swansea. Applications can be for both revenue and capital costs. We particularly welcome applications for capital costs where they help to increase the sustainability of an organisation.
