Be a key part of developing Crisis’ policy influence in Wales and advance their mission of ending homelessness. This new role has been created at an important time for Crisis and for homelessness. Over the past year they have increased their policy and campaigns work directed at politicians across Wales with the goal of ending homelessness.

The Policy & Campaigns team leads the organisation’s policy influencing and works closely with policymakers, campaign groups, and other people with an interest in ending homelessness.

Using your knowledge of policy you will work closely with the Policy & Campaigns team across Britain, those with experience of homelessness and colleagues throughout Crisis to use complex evidence in relation to housing and homelessness and use it to persuade policymakers of the need for changes.

You will communicate with a variety of audiences to build and establish networks of influence and develop policy in Wales that will help end homelessness. As this is a new role involving frequent travel, you will have the opportunity to be creative and use your initiative, balancing multiple priorities and establishing new relationships to ensure a safe and stable home for everyone.
