Volunteers are one of the most valuable resources third sector organisations have to deliver their work, so ensuring that they are effectively supported, supervised and developed is at the heart of good volunteer management.

Enhance your knowledge, skills and confidence in managing volunteers. This three day course will benefit those who are new to volunteer management or those who want to refresh and improve their practice.

Please note that if you fail to attend or you provide less than 2 weeks' cancellation notice you will be charged the full amount. If you find that you are unable to attend, we do allow and encourage you to find someone to take your place on the course, if this is possible for us to do for you at the time.
