EYST - Progression Project Worker Ethnic Youth Support Team is an award-winning and unique, beneficiary-led voluntary organisation supporting ethnic minority young people, individuals and families across Wales. Hours of Work: Part-time 21 hours per week Tenure: Fixed term until 30th September 2019 Salary: £23,000 per annum (pro rata) Responsible for: Employment Champions/Youth Employability Mentors EYST Progression Project requires a project worker to lead and develop the project, based in Swansea. The Progression Project is a partnership project funded by Queens Young leaders with Cwmbran Centre for Young People and Tanyard Youth Centre which aims to increase the skills and employability of BME young people, through employing youth employment champions and delivering accredited training programmes.
