Operations Manager

  • Location: Multiple locations across Swansea and the surrounding area
  • Hours: 35 per week + on-call cover
  • Salary: £26,500 + on-call allowance

Reporting to the Operations Director, the role of Operations Manager is to oversee a group of projects across multiple sites. Responsibilities will include managing a team of 10-15 frontline staff, coordinating workstreams, getting results, delivering contracts, overseeing premises, monitoring compliance and data reporting systems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core management competencies gained from working in private, commercial, public, or third sector organisations, understanding legislation relating to employment, health and safety, and GDPR. It is essential to have a genuine interest and passion for the work Goleudy does, their approaches, and putting their clients first. You will be supported to immerse yourself in all aspects of their work to enable you to attain a good knowledge of client support, their approaches, housing management, regulatory and legislative frameworks.

Housing & Support Assistant

  • Location: Multiple locations across South-West Wales
  • Hours: 35 per week including evenings and weekends (Part-time hours available)
  • Salary: £16,400

The role of Peripatetic Housing and Support Assistant is to build positive and professional relationships with clients whilst working in a flexible environment.  As well as having an interest and passion for a wide range of social issues, you will need to demonstrate good organisation and planning skills with the openness to change working pattern/location at short notice. You will be coached and mentored by experienced colleagues within Goleudy to aid your development and your knowledge/understanding of needs, risk assessments, support planning and other approaches they may use.
