Team Leader Location: Swansea City Centre Hours: 35 per week with some evening, weekend and on-call working Salary: £23,350 per annum + on-call allowance Essential: Car driver with own vehicle and business insurance Paxton Street – Rapid Rehousing Service Paxton Street is a busy 24-hour service that provides rapid rehousing support and accommodation to 13 clients. Its aim is to support individuals to find a home that suits their needs. About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation providing accommodation and support. This includes leading a team of support staff, managing a rota, monitoring client support and overseeing housing management responsibilities such as rents, occupancy, maintenance and health & safety. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate operational expertise in running a busy client focussed service as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities set out in the person specification. This can be gained from working in private, commercial, public or third sectors. It is essential you have a genuine interest and passion for the work Goleudy does, its approaches, and putting clients first.
