Crisis Workers

Hours: On call basis – Day time and out of hours shifts including weekends

Location: Gwent, South Wales, Mid and West Wales

Salary: Competitive shift and hourly rates

Term: Zero Hours Contract

About the role: To offer support to victims of sexual violence during forensic medical examinations and police interviews.

Independent Sexual Violence Advisors

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Location: Gwent & South Wales

Salary: £25,360 pro rata

Term: Fixed Term until March 2022, with possible extension of funding to March 2023

About the role: New Pathways are looking for two Independent Sexual Violence Advisors:

– ISVA (Male victims)

– Community Engagement ISVA (supporting diverse communities)

The successful applicants will join their teams in Gwent and South Wales to deliver Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Services. ISVAs are survivor-focused advisors, who support survivors of recent and non-recent rape and sexual abuse to enable them to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse they have experienced. An ISVA provides advocacy and individual support, and this will vary from client to client. This includes providing them with the right information so that they can make informed decisions about whether to seek justice through the criminal justice system.

The role of the ISVA for Male Victims is to have a regular caseload including supporting male survivors.

Volunteer Coordinator

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Location: Flexible across South Mid and West Wales

Salary: £24,000 pro rata

Term: Fixed term until 30th June 2022 with potential for extension

The successful applicant will join their team across South, West and Mid Wales. It will involve a full spectrum of work with volunteers; attracting, developing and supporting people engaged with our established counselling project. You will be instrumental in maintaining their Investors in Volunteers Award and lead the project into the future through developing opportunities throughout our other projects.
