Cwmtawe Cluster Small Grant Scheme The Cwmtawe Cluster Small Grant Scheme is a local grant fund that targets groups which provide, or intend to provide, services which improve the health and wellbeing of the local population in Cwmtawe. Cwmtawe Community Network is working to improve services for citizens within the Cwmtawe Network area. The network would like to invite proposals from voluntary, community and social-orientated organisations (including social enterprises) to deliver projects within the Cwmtawe network area that meet one of the priority areas: Well being activities/sessions that will provide support for individuals in the area. Support for those experiencing mental health issues Support for those with chronic conditions Support for carers Organisations can apply for any amount up to £1,000 to deliver the project. Organisations will need to be in a position to commence the project in March 2018 and deliver it within a short timescale. The deadline for proposals is 12 Noon on Monday 26th February 2018.
