SNAP Project logo May 2020Swansea North Active People Project improves the physical activity and mental wellbeing of young people aged 11-16 years old in the Cwmtawe and Llwchwr areas of Swansea. They are now offering grants to groups for activities that will have a positive impact on the wider community, and which ideally tackle one of the following areas: physical activity, mental health or wellbeing.

Eligibility for SNAPP Grants:
·       The project must be delivered to young people (11-16 years old)
·       Your project must encourage and support youth activity (not necessarily new opportunities) 
·       Your project must have a positive impact on the wider community and will ideally tackle one of the following areas: physical activity, mental health and wellbeing.

£500 is the maximum that a project can apply for. Although please note, multiple applications from groups/organisations are welcome.

Deadline for applications: 12 noon, 26th October 2020.
