Old Mill Foundation logoThe Old Mill Foundation provides physical and emotional support for people affected by and living with cancer and includes those diagnosed with cancer and their carers who often also need support. They are based in Penclawdd, Gower and also offer 2 days outreach in Llandybie and Port Talbot.

They are currently refreshing their Board membership, and are looking to recruit people who are interested in making a difference to the lives of those affected by cancer.

You may be a student looking to enhance your skills for your CV, an at home parent wanting to keep your skills up to date or retired from the world of employment with much to offer; either way they’d love to hear from you.

You will need to be available four times a year for Trustee meetings, which start at 7pm. For those of you that would like to get more involved then there is plenty to do as an ambassador for their charity. Full induction training given so don’t worry if you’ve never been a Trustee before.

More information, including a Trustee Role description is available by clicking here to visit the Old Mill Foundation website (scroll towards the bottom of the front page for Trustees information).
