Operations Manager Location: Home working Contract: Full time fixed term contract until 31/03/23 with possibility to extend dependent on funding Start date: ASAP Salary: £45,000 Reporting to: Director It is an exciting time to be joining Repair Cafe Wales as they continue to grow. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work closely with the Director to implement their strategy and drive the organisation forward. This is a key role to the organisation which would best suit a proactive self-starter who is energised by problem solving, collaborative working, and a fast-paced environment. Bookkeeper/ Administrator Location: Home working Contract: 2.5 days per week fixed term contract until 31/03/23 with possibility to extend dependent on funding Start date: ASAP Salary: £22,000 pro rata Reporting to: Director/ Operations Manager Repair Cafe Wales are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrator, ideally with experience of working in the third sector, to help support their growth. You will work from home during flexible hours that suit you and the business, supporting the Repair Cafe Wales team to ensure that they can work as effectively as possible. Areas of responsibility will include the maintenance of accounting systems, financial administration, supporting on some light communication and human resource functions, and data entry and record management. Project Co-Ordinator Location: Home working Contract: 4 days per week fixed term contract until 30/09/23 with possibility to extend dependent on funding Start date: ASAP Salary: £35,000 Reporting to: Director Repair Cafe Wales are seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to manage the opening of ten repair cafés across Wales, as part of a WCVA funded project. This role would best suit a candidate with experience of working in the third sector and of managing volunteers.
