Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking to appoint 3 X Senior Project Managers to transform how it delivers its mental health services for adults in order to meet the needs of our population as set out in the Population Needs Assessment, Together For Mental Health, National Dementia Strategy, Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat What matters to me and Strategic Framework for Adult Mental Health.

This will include creating exciting new service developments from building resilience at a community level to addressing low level well-being difficulties or isolation, to improving the range of specialist services available to people with the most complex needs as set out in the Programme Objectives and Outcomes. The programme covers adults and older adults and will also address issues of transition for children and young people. The projects will encompass service delivery improvements, partnership initiatives, commissioning projects, including qualitative and quantitative improvements, environmental and capital estate improvements across the health board and partner organisations including local authorities and Third Sector.
