Debt Adviser - Swansea

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Housing Services team in South Wales for a Debt Adviser. Funded by ‘The National Lottery Community Fund’ in response to the difficulties experienced by people struggling to pay their rent or mortgages due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the post holder will deliver a Housing Debt Advice service to the Swansea area.

During the current period of uncertainty around Covid-19, the team are temporarily working remotely, however following any general return to office working the post will be based at the Swansea office.

Housing Law Caseworkers (Shelter Cymru Live)

Shelter Cymru have exciting opportunities available for full time Housing Law Caseworkers who will work within their Shelter Cymru Live Team. 

The post-holders will provide a national phone, email and online housing advice service to people in housing need across Wales.  We have two vacancies within the team, one of which is a Welsh essential vacancy.

During the current period of uncertainty around Covid-19, the team are temporarily working remotely, however following any general return to office working the post will be based at one of our offices in Wales.
