Ask Me Coordinator

Hours: 28 hours per week

Annual salary: £21,659.82 (pro rata)

Swansea Women’s Aid is working in partnership with Thrive Women’s Aid to develop and deliver the Welsh Women’s Aid (WWA) model response to domestic abuse ‘Change that Lasts’.

The role of ‘Ask Me’ Project Coordinator will:

Develop, coordinate and implement the Ask Me scheme to widen the opportunities there are in local communities for survivors to access help.

SWAN Engagement Worker

Hours: 8-hours a week

Annual salary: £18,018 (pro rata) 

Funded by The Tampon Tax Fund to 31st March 2023

Location – Swansea

You will work with women accessing the SWAN project to plan and carry out a twice weekly programme of activities.

Encourage take up of participants.

Research/develop/purchase resources for the project activities.

Manage budget for programme delivery.

Liaison with other organisations/businesses to deliver identified activities (e.g. mindfulness/well-being sessions).
