Supported Housing Support Worker

Hours: 21 hours a week

Salary: £21,659.82 pro rata

Duration: This is a permanent post, funded by the Housing Support Grant via the Local Authority

Start date: 14th February 2022

Swansea Women’s Aid are looking for a dedicated support worker who has experience of working with vulnerable people for a minimum of 2 years.

The key areas of responsibility are:

  • To provide intensive support through the SWA Support Planning and Risk Management framework to residents of SWA’s Supported Housing premises
  • To participate in the administrative running of the service
  • To take part in housing management tasks as required
