DAISE Plus Team Leader

  • Hours: 35 per week
  • Annual salary: £26,808

This is a two-year post funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

The DAISE Plus Team Leader will develop and manage the Domestic Abuse Information Support and Empowerment (DAISE) Plus project provision to meet organisational, project specific and social objectives within agreed budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities of the post:

  • Develop the project in line with project specification, closely monitoring results to ensure achievement of KPI’s.
  • Build, lead and motivate a staff team, creating an environment and culture which attract, inspire, and retain high quality people.
  • Build, maintain, and manage constructive professional relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and/or funders.
  • Ensure that staff, volunteers and others involved in providing services in partner agencies are able to recognise and understand signs of potential abuse and its impact.

Community Engagement Worker

  • 35 hours per week
  • Annual salary: £20,020

This is a two-year post funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

Key responsibilities of the post:

  • To engage with agencies, statutory voluntary groups, women etc. to raise awareness of the benefits and value of the DAISE project.
  • To identify enhancements to the DAISE services and communicate these in order to remove barriers to access.
  • To strengthen links with other agencies and communities to increase referrals from all parties/sources.
  • To work with DAISE team and service users to maximise engagement with existing services and after care
