Volunteer Coordinator

Location: Swansea

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that Swansea Women’s Aid has a sufficient number of skilled volunteers to deliver its services, developing an empowering, supportive relationship with the volunteers that enables them to provide a high quality, women–centred service, gain new skills, knowledge and experience and maintain their wellbeing. She will also oversee all aspects of the administration of volunteering.
