Premier League Kicks Targeted Case Worker

  • Location: South West Wales
  • Reporting to: Programmes Director
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week (mostly evenings)
  • Salary: £25,000

Job Purpose: To plan, develop and deliver a targeted intervention programme for young, at risk individuals as identified be key partners (Youth Offending, Police, Community Safety teams). The project will target young people aged (12-16) who are either involved in (or at risk of becoming involved in) youth violence. The aim of the project will be to steer young people away from violence and criminal activity by empowering them to develop skills and attitudes to make positive life choices.

The deadline for applications is Monday 9th December (10am).

Interviews will take place Wednesday 18th December.

Premier League Inspires Coordinator

  • Location: South West Wales
  • Reporting to: Secondary Education Lead
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 28 hours per week
  • Salary: £22,000 pro rata
  • Benefits: mobile phone, laptop

Job Purpose: To coordinate and deliver the Premier League Inspires project in secondary schools around the Swansea area. This will involve running Health and Well-being sessions, Princes Trust Achieve lessons, co-producing social action projects and supporting collapsed curriculum days. To support at-risk young people to improve their health and well being and achieve success in vocational qualifications. To work closely with secondary schools and other partner organisations, building on the success of the current project.
