SYSHP is a housing charity, which has been delivering services to vulnerable, socially excluded homeless and potentially homeless young people for 30 years. For young people at an age where they are no longer children and not quite adults, life can be pretty tough. For those who have come out of care or broken up with their families and are worried where they will live is very traumatic.

SYSHP are looking for an exceptional candidate to join their Floating Support Team in Swansea. If you are looking for a role that supports young people through their transition into independent living, this could be the job for you.

A working knowledge around housing management is desirable, but not essential.

What is more important to us is a “can do” attitude towards teamwork and helping young people achieve their potential.
