Walsingham - Co-production and Involvement Assistant - Re-advertisement Walsingham are looking to recruit a Co-production and Involvement Assistant for their Personalisation Team. Starting salary £17,261 35 hours per week Based in Swansea or London Person-centred support is at the heart of everything they do at Walsingham Support, so their Personalisation team is managed directly by the Deputy Chief Executive, and their high profile work reaches across the whole organisation. Their initiatives include their annual Involvement Conference, where people they support from across the UK come together to help shape their practices. This is also an exciting time for them, as they launch their Co-Production Groups, which will work with people they support, their families and key stakeholders, to ensure they bring together their strengths and abilities to create new ways of working that will benefit them. You will be a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about ensuring the rights of people with disabilities, and who will commit to driving the involvement of people with disabilities on both organisational and service levels. You will bring excellent time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively and confidently with autonomy. As a member of the Operations & Development Team, you will work collaboratively across their organisation, to ensure the practices of involvement and co-production are embedded, and their services are person-centred. You will need to travel across England and Wales as required, including some overnight stays. You will also be keen to complete a CQI Level 5 Diploma in Quality Management.
