Your Voice Advocacy (YVA) is a small member-led charity that promotes the rights of adults with a learning disability and organises a range of group activities and events that bring people together to learn, socialise and build confidence. 

Group Worker Learning Disabilities

Salary: £13,912 per annum (actual)

Hours: 21 hours per week

Term: Contract until 31 May 2023

Location: Based at home

YVA is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to set up and run new groups who has the flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our members with a learning disability.

To be successful in this role you will need experience of working with adults with a learning disability, groupwork and networking in the community. 

Having a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
