Centre Manager

Hours: 28 hours per week

Salary:  £27,500 per year pro-rata

12 month fixed term contract

Swansea Community Workshops are thrilled to announce they are beginning recruitment for the new role of Centre Manager. This is a brand new role, and with support from the Board of Trustees, this role will help to develop and shape the future of Swansea Community Workshops.
This role takes overall responsibility for the operations of the charity, based at SCW's facilities on the High Street in Swansea and they see the focus of this new role in the first 6 months as helping the Board to establish a sustainable budget, develop and implement their Membership plans, and generate new business and increase SCW’s reach.
