MiDAS is suitable for anyone who is required to drive a minibus as part of their role. MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) is an award winning and nationally recognised assessment and training scheme for minibus drivers, which offers you all you need to meet your Health & Safety and legal responsibilities and is widely used across the UK. Online training provided – 3 hours plus face to face minibus driver training – half day. Standard MiDAS and Accessible MiDAS available - MiDAS Standard is the basic training for driving a minibus, while MiDAS Accessible is an advanced certification that includes all the Standard training plus additional modules on assisting passengers with disabilities and operating specialized equipment like lifts and ramps. You must complete the MiDAS Standard course before you can take the MiDAS Accessible course, though they can sometimes be completed on the same multi-day course.
