Swansea Youth Bank

Swansea Youth Bank logoSwansea Youth Bank is a youth led, grant giving panel that provides grants to groups of young people to develop and run their own community projects across the City and County of Swansea.

Applications for funding should be completed by young people themselves, with support from a relevant adult where required.

Eligibility for Swansea Youth Bank Grants:

  • The project must be designed and delivered by at least 2 young people (14-25 years old). If both of the project leads are under the age of 18, there must be an adult to have accountability (18+)
  • Your project must encourage and support youth volunteering (not necessarily new opportunities)
  • Your project must have a positive impact on the wider community and must tackle one of the following areas: A Prosperous Wales, A Resilient Wales, A More Equal Wales, A Healthier Wales, A Wales of Cohesive Communities, A Wales of Vibrant Culture and Thriving Welsh Language or A Globally Responsible Wales.

Grant applications will undergo weekly reviews, ensuring that each project receives prompt consideration for funding decisions.
