Swansea Funding Forum

Swansea Funding Forum is a members’ network made up of staff, trustees and volunteers involved in funding their third sector organisations. The forum meets quarterly to develop and share best practice around funding the third sector in Swansea. Read more

    Swansea's Social Prescribing Service. SCVS is working in partnership with 5 SBUHB GP clusters across Swansea to deliver a Social Prescribing Service – ‘New Ways to Wellbeing’.
