New Ways to Wellbeing - Cwmtawe Social Prescribing Project Swansea Council for Voluntary Service is working in partnership with GP Practices within the Cwmtawe Cluster to deliver the Cwmtawe Social Prescribing Service – ‘New Ways to Wellbeing’. Social prescribing is a service connecting people to non-medical sources that will enable them to improve their health and wellbeing. These sources can include activities, opportunities, or connections to community groups and voluntary organisations. Click here for more information. Involve Volunteering Project Involve volunteers befriend children, young people, adults or families in our local community on a one to one basis, or in a group setting. Children and young people disability and family development service Ensuring that the needs of disabled children and young people and their families are met via the identification of gaps and representation at a strategic level.
