Communities Together Communities Together helps to create local services to support people in Swansea to remain in their own homes. This may include support with personal care, household chores, gardening or shopping. Following successfully running in Clydach and Gower, the project has now expanded to cover the whole of Swansea. We need your help to put us in touch with local people: Who need support to remain at home, or Who may be interested in providing support to people to remain at home (maybe who have volunteered during the pandemic, or who are looking for a change of career) We will support people to work together to design and develop local care and support businesses.
