Communities Together

A new project that hopes to create local services to support people in Clydach and Gower to remain in their own homes.

This may include support with personal care, household chores, gardening or shopping.

We need your help to put us in touch with local people:

  • Who need support to remain at home, or
  • Who may be interested in providing support to people to remain at home (maybe who have volunteered during the pandemic, or who are looking for a change of career)

We will support people to work together to design and develop local care and support businesses.

We can offer:

Guidance to people with care and support needs to design new local services to meet their needs

– Call Kate on 07776 956038 or [email protected]

Advice, support, funding and training to people wishing to set up their own business

– Clydach: Call Roxane on 07932 555221 or [email protected]

- Gower: Call Hannah on 07950 464965 or [email protected]
