The postholder will act as the primary contact for the Community Transport Hub, responding to enquiries, assessing transport needs, and arranging the most appropriate community transport solution. Working closely with the Community Transport Development Coordinator, the postholder will support the development and coordination of community transport services across Swansea. This includes helping to improve the capacity of existing community transport schemes, strengthening partnerships with providers, and contributing to the effective coordination of services to meet the needs of local communities.
