Barnardo's Virtual Family Space Cymru provides Parents and Carers with a variety of virtual resources, workshops, and parenting programmes to support their parenting journey. They are now expanding their service reach into Wales and seeking experienced Welsh speaking facilitators to join their team.

Location: Hybrid working, Barnardo's hub/office or home address

Contract type: Fixed term to 31.03.2027

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: £28,124 FTE (£15,202 pro rata) plus Office at Home Allowance - £312 per annum

Barnado's Cymru are looking for a Family Link Worker to join Cymru Virtual Family Space, a bilingual service providing online advice, guidance, parenting programmes and workshops to families across Wales.

As a Family Link Worker you'll play a key role in supporting parents and carers to access services, develop digital confidence, and connect with the support they need.
