Inspiring Futures Outreach Worker

Hours:  Part-time and Full-time (37 hrs) opportunities available

Salary:  £27,386.10 per year pro rata

Location: Swansea

Contract: Initial 12-month fixed term

Faith in Families is looking for an Inspiring Futures Outreach Worker to join their team in Swansea.

This role involves working alongside adults who are economically inactive, helping them build confidence, overcome barriers, access support, and take steps towards training, volunteering, education or employment.

You’ll be out in the community, building trust, offering one-to-one support, creating action plans, linking people with the right services, and helping them see what’s possible.
