The Local Cluster Collaborative (LCC) Grant Scheme is a fund that targets groups, which provide or intend to provide, services which improve the health and wellbeing of the local population (specific LCC area).

The Cwmtawe and Llwchwr LCCs are currently seeking applications as outlined below. 

All projects must be in a position to deliver services between September 2026 and March 2027.

Organisations can apply for any amount up to £20,000 however applications between £5,000 - £7,000 are encouraged.

Cwmtawe LCC is working to improve services for citizens within the Cwmtawe LCC area.The cluster would like to invite proposals from voluntary, community and social-orientated organisations (including social enterprises) to deliver projects within the Cwmtawe LCC area that meet the following priority area:

  • Improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing of individuals within the Cwmtawe LCC through the provision of cluster-based wellbeing services.

Please note the LCC are particularly keen to fund (though not exclusive to) projects that cover one of the following areas.

  1. Support to children and young people awaiting diagnosis for Neurodivergent conditions.
  2. Support for families who are supporting children and young people awaiting diagnosis for neurodivergent conditions.

Llwchwr Cluster Collaborative Wellbeing Grant Scheme

Organisations can apply for any amount up to £5,000

Llwchwr LCC is working to improve services for citizens within the Llwchwr LCC area. The cluster would like to invite proposals from voluntary, community and social-orientated organisations (including social enterprises) to deliver projects within the Llwchwr LCC area that meet the following priority area:

  • Improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing of individuals within the Llwchwr LCC through the provision of cluster based wellbeing services.

Please note the LCC are particularly keen to fund (though not exclusive to) projects that cover the following area:

  • Physical activity for adults to promote good mental health, including a range of wellbeing activities.  Projects will need to be able to run over the period of the funding i.e. not time limited programmes.
  • Physical activity for children and young people to promote good mental health, including a range of wellbeing activities. Projects will need to be able to run over the period of the funding i.e. not time limited programmes.
